USA Domestic Shipping

We offer free USPS Standard Shipping within the United States for all orders, with no minimum purchase required. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee. Please allow at least 2 business day for order handling after payment is received.

Standard Free Shipping: 2 to 5 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 1 to 3 business days
USPS Express Mail: 1 to 2 business days
Signature Requirement: Orders over $100.00 may require a signature upon delivery.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. If an address cannot be verified, we will reach out to you. We are not responsible for delivery issues or lost packages resulting from incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Tracking & Delivery: All shipments include USPS tracking. We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered to the correct address by the carrier.

Customer Satisfaction & Return Policy

We are committed to providing the highest level of customer satisfaction.

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
Item Condition: Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original, undamaged condition to qualify for a full refund or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items: Special or exclusive items designated as final sale on their product page are non-refundable and non-returnable.
Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable. For eligible U.S. returns, we provide a prepaid return shipping label with tracking; return items must be shipped within 1–2 business days of receiving the label. International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
